I have been playing the flute for over 25 years. During this time, I have performed in a variety of music genres, many of these improvisationally, while continuing to study the instrument under such flutists as Keith Underwood and Toshio Takahashi. I have a music education degree, and have been teaching in Utah schools for the past 10 years. I am currently pursuing Suzuki certification in the Suzuki method. I can teach the Suzuki method but am not limited to it.
