As the directory grows, the search results will narrow.  Some instruments are combined with others.  When enough teachers on one instrument are listed, a new category will be formed that will be allocated to only that instrument.  Similarly, the list will narrow geographically.  For example, if a particular instrument category gets cluttered with too many teachers, the directory will divide between geographical areas (salt lake county drum instructors vs. Utah County, etc.)  This will not only be better for teacher visibility, but it will help the student connect with the right teacher.  A student might get frustrated sifting through a bunch of teachers that don't apply to his or her situation.
