It depends on how you set up your billing.  For members on an automatic withdrawal plan, you may cancel at anytime; however, once you are charged for the month, the funds are non-refundable and your listing would be extended another month.  You must give UMT 10 days notice before your billing date in order to cancel.  Year memberships are paid for upfront and are non-refundable.
